It is with the deepest regret that I announce the Line of Duty Death of New Milford Fire Company 1 Engineer and Firefighter Frank Matagrano. Wake services will be held Friday from 2-7 at the Ascension Church auditorium 256 Azalea Drive in New Milford followed by a funeral procession ending at company 1. With that being said I would like to thank Fire Company 1, New Milford Ambulance Corp. and Dumont Fire Chief Daniel Molinaro for their valiant efforts on that night.
